  • 6 slices smoked turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded plant-based cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter: Melt the plant-based butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook gently until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), Italian seasoning (natural), salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Cook the Smoked Turkey Bacon: Cook the smoked turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-size pieces.
  3. Prepare the Dough Balls: Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece gently into a small ball.
  4. Coat Dough Balls in Garlic Butter: Place dough balls in a large bowl, pour the garlic butter over them, and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Assemble the Mini Garlic Monkey Breads: Grease a bundt pan or round baking dish with plant-based butter. Layer half the coated dough balls in the pan, then sprinkle half the chopped smoked turkey bacon and half the shredded plant-based cheese. Add the remaining dough balls, followed by the remaining bacon and cheese.
