Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast: Stir the active dry yeast into warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. This activates the yeast to ensure a perfect rise.
  2. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and natural cinnamon. Add the softened plant-based butter, plant-based milk, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), and the activated yeast mixture. Stir until combined, then knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. First rise: Lightly grease a bowl and place the dough inside. Cover with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
