Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and thinly slice the potatoes evenly using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife to ensure uniform thickness for even baking.
- Sauté Aromatics and Bacon: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the finely chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent. Add chopped smoked turkey bacon pieces and cook until lightly crisp, releasing smoky flavors.
- Combine Cheese and Broth Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together creamy (plant-based) cheese, vegetable broth, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), fresh chopped thyme, rosemary, parsley, and natural gelling agent until smooth and creamy.
