- Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted plant-based butter, the egg substitute (flax eggs or aquafaba), and the yeast mixture. Whisk until fully blended and smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, natural gelling agent, and salt to ensure even distribution.
- Form the dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until a sticky dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
