Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce with natural gelling agent (plant-based)
- 1–2 tbsp grape juice (natural), to thin sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh Vegetables
- 1/2 cup fresh bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped

- 4 whole wheat wraps
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), grape juice (natural), crushed garlic (natural), and olive oil. Add the chicken strips and marinate for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil. Cook the marinated chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Prepare the Sweet Chili Sauce: In the same pan, add the sweet chili sauce with natural gelling agent, a little grape juice (natural) to thin it out, and chili flakes if desired. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened and glossy.
- Toss Chicken with Sauce: Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss gently to coat evenly with the sauce. Remove from heat.
- Prep Fresh Veggies: While the chicken cooks, thinly slice the bell peppers and cucumbers, shred the carrots, and finely chop the spring onions for a crisp and colorful filling.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay each whole wheat wrap flat. Optionally spread a small amount of the sweet chili sauce, add a handful of mixed fresh vegetables, then top with the saucy chicken strips. Roll up tightly, tucking in the ends to keep the fillings secure.
